If untrace doesn't work for you in the first 30 days of your subscription, email support@untraceai.net from the address on your Stripe receipt and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no debate. The refund hits the same card within ~5 business days (Stripe's standard).
Cancellation stops auto-renewal. You keep ultra-mode access until the end of the current billing period. Cancel any time at the customer portal.
Refund reverses the most recent charge and revokes access immediately.
We don't pro-rate or partial-refund usage outside the 30-day window. If you cancel mid-month, you keep the rest of the period; we don't bill again.
Please email us before opening a chargeback — it's faster (we refund same-day) and we'd rather know about an issue than fight it on Stripe.
