What we collect

Untrace is built to minimize what we hold about you.

What we do not collect

We do not store the text you humanize. It transits our Worker only long enough to forward to Anthropic / Pangram / ZeroGPT.
We do not have user accounts, passwords, or persistent profiles.
We do not run analytics scripts or third-party trackers on the page.

Third parties we send data to

Anthropic (Claude) — input text + system prompt, when ultra mode is invoked. Their privacy policy.
ZeroGPT — input/output text, when the detector verdict is run. Their policy.
Pangram — input/output text, only if the Pangram cross-check is triggered.
Stripe — billing email, payment method, IP. Their policy.
Hugging Face — first page load downloads the on-device detector model (~120 MB). No text leaves your browser for this.

Marketing emails

If you sign in via the (mock) Google flow on the page, you'll be told you're opting into marketing emails. As of this writing the marketing-email mailing list is not yet connected to a real provider — your email address goes to localStorage only, never to a server. We will connect a real provider before sending any email; if you do not want to be included, sign out before that change is announced.

Data retention

License records (when KV-backed) are kept for the active subscription lifetime + 90 days. Stripe payment records follow Stripe's retention. Cloudflare logs roll over after ~30 days.

Your rights

To request access, correction, or deletion of any data we hold about you (including a future-date marketing email opt-out), email support@untraceai.net. We respond within 10 business days.
